It seems that there 100 different dumbbell exercises you can do. While using dumbbells, you can move your body in many different ways. If you use a manageable weight, you can strengthen and tone all the stabilizer muscles along with your joints. Move your body with dumbbells…through complete ranges of motion.

We have a dumbbell and we only use it in a few exercise routine. But when I saw this post, I got interested with the 100 dumbbell exercises which we can try for a change.
