Ask Your – Nutrition, Movement, Awareness – Question Here

Let’s have a discussion about health & wellness. But first…

Why should you ask your question here? What are you going to get when you do?

Each question is answered directly and personally by me – Vital Endurance Founder, Eric Dean.

I am the consummate health & wellness jack-of-all-trades. In our age of uber-specialization, many people point to the quote that says “jack of all trades, master of none”. A negative connotation is immediately assumed. But our current age is also one of short attention spans and snippets. You see, the complete original quote is:

Jack of all trades, master of none, though ofttimes better than master of one

So many people wave around their certifications, degrees and titles claiming that their knowledge must be superior by default. But many of those people can’t see the forest from the tree in which they built their fort. So, let me ask you

  • Would you ask a certified nutritionist how to build physical fitness?
  • Would you ask a fitness trainer how to raise your awareness?
  • Would you ask your certified life coach how to change your diet?

Sure, there are some great people in all of those fields who have put in the extra effort to expand their knowledge across genres. But I submit… that’s the exception, not the norm.

Instead, you can work with someone who has studied all of those things (nutrition, fitness, personal development) for a quarter century. I not only know each one of those trees of wellness intimately and with first-hand experience, but I also know how all those trees and their branches integrate to create a WHOLE healthy living being.

Let me tell you one more thing that I know… Perhaps most importantly, I know enough to know when I don’t know something. I will NOT try to bs my way through an answer to please someone. I will tell it like it is, and when I reach the limits of my knowledge, I will graciously refer you to another source.

So, try me… What’s your question?
